Donald Fann
Managing Partner
Mr. Fann, a management professional with over twenty-five years of experience in health care and human service administration, has provided management consulting and training for corporations, governmental agencies, and non-profit organizations. He is also an instructor and training developer in the area of non-profit management for Rutgers University. His corporate training experience includes work with Fortune 500 companies, as well as small and mid-size organizations. Mr. Fann has studied Aikido since 1979 and he continues to train and teach the art actively, with an emphasis on applying Aikido principles to interpersonal conflicts and organizational development. He holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services.
