Member Reporting
CenterPoint receives an ongoing data feed from each supplier to track spending, generate reporting, and perform other category management activities. We utilize proprietary technology specifically designed to analyze high transaction spend categories. Our reporting will lend transparency to the purchasing process for each member.
Auditing and Price List Management
We monitor billing errors, list price changes, UOM issues, discontinued products, product substitutions, core-list changes and ratios, exception items, and more. In addition, we do periodic optimization initiatives in response to changes in buying patterns or market conditions. CenterPoint will continue to work to bring you savings year-over-year by constantly working to negotiate better rates across more of the items that your company purchases.
Ongoing Cost Reduction
Each spend report you receive will illustrate your savings by joining one of CenterPoint’s programs. We analyze spending patterns, buying behavior, and identify additional savings opportunities through the substitution of items. As CenterPoint’s leverage grows, member's savings will also grow.
