CenterPoint Group seeks a top-performing Sales Consultant to join our business development team.  This position offers an exciting opportunity that combines both inside and outside sales activity.  The ideal candidate will be results oriented, exhibit a consistent sense of urgency and have the ability to meet and exceed company and personal revenue goals.  They will be highly driven, self-motivated and have a proven track record of success.  Travel estimated at 20% of work week.  Compensation will include a base salary + uncapped commission structure.

Objectives & Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Source and develop Client referrals
  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies
  • Schedule sales activity
  • Develop and maintain a customer database
  • Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
  • Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
  • Make sales calls to new and existing Clients
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential Clients
  • Negotiate with Clients
  • Develop sales proposals
  • Present sales contracts
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good Client relationships
  • Follow up on sales activity
  • Perform quality checks on services
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
  • Participate in sales events
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years in sales
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
  • Experience in making presentations
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
